Kathryn Hanke- Mo
Kathryn is an actor and former sketch comedian based in Leeds. After touring the comedy circuit for 9 years, she moved into acting, winning 6 Best Actor awards for more serious roles in short film, but continuing with general tomfoolery onstage (with companies including Maison Foo, Fidget Theatre and Mind The Gap) and in comic ads.
Since lockdown hit, she has battled her techie gremlins to embrace more gizmos. Fingers crossed, they have not got wet. Yet.
Pauline Babula- Gina
Pauline is a Ugandan born actress who has been living and trying to adapt to the new lockdown era that we now live in. Before that, her love for acting started many years ago when she joined Tara Arts theatre who helped develop her love for theatre —especially classical plays, by telling them in a way that is reflective of your culture/background and how you want to see it.
She has learned like every other creative during lockdown, how to use technology to keep the creative side going. It is also how she managed to record this wonderful play from home in London.
Anastasia Benham- Mrs Keates
Anastasia is a Rose Bruford Colleg BA Acting graduate who recently performed in our CHristmas production of The Snow Dancer. Some of her other credits include Hooked, a romantic comedy set in Norway, Blue Stockings by Jessica Swale, Middletown by Will Eno and Vernon God Little by Tanya Ronda.
Anastasia recorded this Podcast while she was on tour with Badapple performing Danny Mellor's 'Suffer Fools Gladly'.
Danny Mellor- Henley
Danny Mellor is an actor & writer from South Yorkshire who trained at Royal Welsh College Of Music & Drama. I was last seen with Badapple in their Christmas show 'The Snow Dancer'. Danny recorded this Podcast while he was on tour with Badapple performing 'Suffer Fools Gladly'.
Thomas Frere- Fred
Thomas has been performing, touring, filming, directing and recording for more than 30 years. He recorded this podcast in his sitting room in York in between his lock down job as a delivery driver and his alternative life as a labyrinth designer. AJ Lowe- Max
AJ Lowe is a young actor and aspiring writer from North Yorkshire who has trained with Badapple Youth Theatre for a number of years. This is his first professional credit for the company and we wish him well with all his endeavours.
